Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting payroll and attendance activities. The role involves implementing HR policies, resolving employee queries, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting in recruitment and selection. The Human Resources Executive will also coordinate training initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines,



and contribute to employee engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Itarsi, requiring regular collaboration with management and staff across the facility.
