Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing Villnova Healthcare’s presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns, optimize content for target audiences, and align messaging with product launches and wellness initiatives. The Social Media Executive will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and brand awareness. This position also requires staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices in the health and wellness sector.
Qualifications
Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars and campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Solid skills in content creation, including writing clear, engaging copy and collaborating on visual assets suited to digital channels.
Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
