Through a single app, individuals can find and order medicines from verified local pharmacies and consult doctors online. Currently centered on medicine search and doctor consultations, Medicoo’s roadmap includes fast medicine delivery, lab and pathology test bookings, ambulance services, at-home patient care, and family health tracking. The platform is being built to become the primary destination for every healthcare need, whether minor or critical, with the aim of keeping health services always within reach.
Role Description The Growth Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across Medicoo’s products and services. Day-to-day activities include analyzing user behavior and funnel performance, designing and executing growth experiments, and collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to implement data-driven strategies.
The Growth Specialist will also manage cross-functional projects, optimize campaigns across digital and offline channels, and support partnerships that can expand Medicoo’s user base and market presence. The role requires proactive problem-solving, structured experimentation, and clear reporting on growth metrics and outcomes.
