Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s sales growth in the electric vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, field visits, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, service,



and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on business development and sales performance.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
Interest in the EV/automobile industry is preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
