ServiceNow Program Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Program Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and governance forums. The ideal candidate will bring robust Project Management Office (PMO), program governance, budget, risk, schedule, resource, and executive reporting experience, with the ability to translate business priorities into a structured ServiceNow delivery roadmap and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation programs.
- Own program planning, scope definition, schedule control, budget management, risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
- Establish strong Project Management Office (PMO) governance, including status reporting, executive dashboards, RAID management, action tracking, and decision logs.
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams across business, technology, platform,



integration, testing, change, and release teams.
- Drive delivery discipline, quality assurance, milestone adherence, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful business outcomes.

ServiceNow Solution Leadership
- Provide delivery leadership across ServiceNow platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, roadmap priorities, and governance standards.
- Partner with platform owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to sequence roadmap items, prioritize demand, and manage delivery commitments.
- Support ServiceNow platform governance by enabling structured decision-making across strategy, portfolio, technical design, release, and operational readiness.
- Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are delivered in line with platform standards, architecture principles, development controls, and long-term maintainability.
