This is a fully remote opportunity focused on building and scaling affiliate partnerships as a high-impact growth channel.
You will identify high-potential affiliates, publishers, influencers, comparison sites, and content creators, then turn those relationships into consistent subscriber growth.
The role combines business development, relationship management, sales, performance analysis, and hands-on partner operations.
You will own the partnership lifecycle end to end, from prospecting and outreach through demos, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance optimization.
AI-powered prospecting and monitoring tools will help you identify opportunities, prioritize partners, and scale your outreach efficiently.
You will work in a small, globally distributed team where ownership, commercial results, and practical execution are highly valued.




This is an independent contractor role with adaptable remote working and a strong focus on subscriber growth and CAC efficiency.

Accountabilities:
- Prospect and acquire high-potential affiliate partners, including affiliates, comparison and review publishers, influencers, and content creators that align with the ideal partner profile.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing partners, increasing engagement, activity, subscriber generation, and long-term commercial value.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales conversations with prospective partners, clearly communicating the product’s value proposition and influencing them to join the program.
- Own the outreach process end to end, managing a high-volume pipeline, maintaining conversations, and consistently following up until partners are signed and actively producing.
- Use affiliate management platforms such as Impact or similar tools to onboard partners, monitor activity and performance
