Data & Development
- SQL: Good hands-on expertise with joins, data transformations, and basic SQL functions.
- Programming: Strong coding skills—preferably in Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), AMPscript, or Python.
- Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data concepts, including data profiling and schema design.
- Web Basics: Foundational web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Integrations & Systems
- System Integrations: Experience connecting platforms using APIs, microservices, or native/inbuilt connectors.
- Low-Code / No-Code: Experience working with low-code or no-code integration tools.
- Marketing Tech Experience: Hands-on knowledge of marketing tools and domain concepts, including experience integrating systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront, DAM, or Microsoft Teams.
- Problem Solving & Soft Skills




- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Openness and willingness to learn new technologies and toolsets.

Responsibilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL stored procedures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms or ecosystems (Azure, Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, MuleSoft).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Automation Studio, Contact Builder, CloudPages/Forms).
- Knowledge of Tableau to build dashboards, track campaign performance, and share data-driven insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/master's in IT/Computer or relevant engineering
