- Provide production support for Boomi and CPI integrations and APIs
- Own Boomi platform operational activities including Atom/Molecule upgrades, maintenance, access provisioning,



and change-controlled patching aligned with SOX and security policies.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and data errors
- Analyze logs, payloads, and process execution details
- Monitor Boomi platform health and integration flows
- Handle incident tickets, root-cause analysis, and fixes
- Support API access, certificates, security configuration, and endpoints
- Coordinate with application teams, architects, and developers to resolve issues
- Support deployments and post-release validation
- Maintain support documentation and runbooks
- Participate in on-call / support rotation (as applicable) and adaptable in working hours based on support needs
- Support SOX compliance activities related to integrations and APIs.
- Ensure adherence to access controls, change management, and segregation of duties.
- Maintain and provide evidence for SOX audits, including logs, approvals, deployment records, and runbooks.
