Job Summary: We are looking for a
highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Real Estate Sales team in Pune.
The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales
representatives, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets while
delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic
individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market in Pune,
excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.

Qualifications:
â Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications will be
a plus.

â Knowledge of real
estate laws and regulations in Pune is
essential.

â Minimum of 5-7 years
of experience in real estate sales,



with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or
supervisory role.

â Proven track record of
consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

â Experience in managing
a sales team, providing coaching, and driving results.
