Position Overview and Objective

Our Frontend Platform team owns the shared frontend foundation — component library, build tooling, and CI/CD infrastructure. What we build is used broadly enough that valuable decisions scale well and poor ones surface quickly.




We're looking for a Staff Software Developer who is energized by that kind of leverage. You'll spend as much time understanding why something is broken as fixing it, writing the governance and tooling that prevents the next problem, and being a trusted technical partner to the feature teams who depend on what we build.

This is a senior technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in React, TypeScript, along with a strong focus on engineering excellence, performance, scalability, and developer experience. You’ll lead platform improvement initiatives, mentor engineers on frontend best practices and architectural patterns, and help drive operational excellence across shared frontend systems.
