JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment experience.
This role requires expertise in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, market intelligence, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.




- Coordinate technical interview processes with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets.
- Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills, with proven experience managing and successfully closing candidates serving extended notice periods.
- Collaborate with HRBP’s, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.

ABOUT YOU
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of international hiring practices and technology talent markets is an advantage.
