JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of F

projects. The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary bridge between the executive leadership,

the client, and the field operations. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and

dedication to getting the job done.

Responsibilities

â Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by client & all parties

involved and use it for effective project delivery.

â Take ownership and successfully deliver on the diverse requirements of multiple projects

running simultaneously.

â Supervise all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other

project engineering tasks.

â Directly supervise and train all team members assigned to project engineering vertical across

different tiers.

â Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity

â Train and develop direct reports utilized on the job and internal and external training for





development opportunities

â Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit weekly

job status reports. Timely reporting on specific time/estimate/quality related issues for prompt

resolution.

â Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards & protocols across the company and

individual projects.

â Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project

records and monitor correspondence

â Be the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours &

resources required for successful projects’ execution.

â Lead product development efforts for internal team and supervise team members involved in

the phased developments of these products.

â Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts
