Key Responsibilities:

· Acquire new clients by identifying prospects, conducting financial
need assessments, and presenting financial planning and investment solutions
as per standards.

· Lead, mentor,
and manage a team of financial advisors/relationship managers, ensuring
performance targets are met and maintaining high standards of client service.
