- Billing and Invoicing: Generate and issue accurate customer invoices, statements, and sales receipts in line with branch contracts.
- Cash Application: Post daily checks, cash, electronic fund transfers, and direct deposits to customer accounts.
- Collections Management: Track aging reports and actively call or email clients with overdue balances to secure timely payments.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate pricing variances, short payments, or damaged goods claims by working with the local sales and customer service teams.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile branch sub-ledgers with general ledgers on a monthly basis and assist with financial audits
