Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Marketing to drive business development for our Advanced Underground Drainage, Sewerage and Rainwater Harvesting Systems.

The role will focus on developing large infrastructure and institutional opportunities with government agencies, municipalities, consultants, EPC contractors, townships and large private projects, leveraging the company’s existing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the business strategy for underground drainage, advanced drainage and rainwater harvesting solutions.
- Identify and develop large government, municipal, infrastructure, township and institutional projects.
- Build solid relationships with government departments, municipalities, consultants, EPC contractors and project owners.




- Identify projects at the early stage and influence technical specifications and BOQs.
- Understand project drawings, specifications, standards and application requirements.
- Lead tender identification, participation, bidding and techno-commercial negotiations.
- Develop and manage a strong project pipeline from specification to order conversion.
- Work closely with internal technical, commercial and sales teams to develop project-specific solutions.
- Build and lead a focused project/business-development team.
- Track market developments, competitors and emerging opportunities in water and drainage infrastructure.

Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of experience in business development/project sales, preferably in water, drainage, infrastructure or related building products.
- Mandatory exposure to government and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of underground drainage, stormwater management, rainwater harvesting or water-related proje
