Job Objective: To lead the overall recruitment delivery of assigned business portfolio with TA excellence and
robust stakeholder management.
Job Role:
1.



Collaborate with the business & functional leaders to understand the talent needs and develop a
comprehensive hiring approach by levels & role.
2. Identify and enable hiring channels to enhance overall recruitment productivity through internal naukri
database, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc.
3. Enable assigned team of recruiters towards Recruitment delivery, Standardized Job Descriptions, Employer
Value Proposition/Employer Brand Positioning, etc.
4. Constantly track, provide inputs & run interventions to enhance the overall recruitment productivity and
capability.
5. Create an enabling ecosystem of hiring for assigned team leading to faster hiring and decision making
(improvement in productivity, hiring TAT, identification of newer channels of hiring/talent sourcing)
6. Prospective talent/candidates' database availability
