Job Summary:
The Administration Manager –Facilities Management ( Soft Services & Food & Beverages) is responsible for leading end-to-end employee Facilitiy operations including Sot services, Food & Beverages, Event arrangements and space management. The role ensures protected, compliant, cost-effective, and employee-centric solutions while leveraging AI-driven tools and digital platforms to optimize day-to-day operations, vendor performance, and service experience.

The Real Estate, Facilities, and Administration team—also known as eCrew—at Walmart is dedicated to achieving excellence in service quality for all Walmart associates. As an enabling function, eCrew leads efforts to provide superior amenities and services, including transportation, food facilities, travel support, concierge desk, housekeeping, electromechanical services, mobile/data connectivity, and other related offerings.
What You’ll Do By joining eCrew, you will contribute to delivering outstanding facilities and real estate solutions to the organization and its employees across multiple segments. You will be responsible for generating and implementing innovative ideas for existing and new facilities. This role offers exposure to various verticals such as transportation, travel, relocation and allied services, all aimed at elevating Walmart's facilities to world-class standards.
