Job Description:

Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, well-connected and communication-oriented PR & Brand Relations Executive to build and strengthen the brand presence of a growing design-led brand.
The role will focus on Public Relations, Media Engagement, HNI & Industry Networking, CSR Initiatives, Events, Brand Activations and Brand-Building activities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, relationship-driven and comfortable working across multiple functions, with solid ownership and the ability to build meaningful relationships with influential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Brand Presence

Develop and execute PR initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, publications, influencers and relevant industry platforms.

Identify and secure opportunities for brand features, interviews, articles, awards and industry recognition.

Develop PR stories and brand communication aligned with the brand's positioning.

2. HNI & Stakeholder Relations





Identify and build relationships with HNIs, architects, designers, developers, business leaders and other influential stakeholders.

Coordinate meetings, networking opportunities, exclusive events and brand interactions.

Develop strategic relationships that create business, visibility and brand-building opportunities.

3. Events, Networking & Brand Activations

Plan and coordinate exhibitions, networking events, launches, workshops and brand experiences.

Identify relevant industry events, forums, associations and platforms for participation.

Ensure consistent brand representation across events and public engagements.

4. CSR & Community Engagement

Plan and coordinate CSR initiatives aligned with the organization's values and brand purpose.

Build relationships with NGOs, institutions, communities and relevant organizations.

Manage CSR communication, documentation, partnerships and visibility initiatives.
