Role Purpose

To manage and coordinate day-to-day plant administration activities, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative services, employee facilities, infrastructure, transport, accommodation, security coordination, and other support services at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day *plant administrative operations* and ensure timely delivery of employee and business support services.
* Coordinate *canteen, housekeeping, transport, accommodation, sanitation, welfare facilities, and other employee amenities*.
* Monitor service quality and performance of outsourced agencies and contractors.
* Coordinate with Security, Medical, HR, Maintenance, Projects, and other departments for smooth plant operations.
* Manage employee and visitor movement, access-related administrative requirements,



and plant entry/exit protocols in coordination with Security.
* Coordinate *guest house, transit accommodation, and employee accommodation* requirements.
* Monitor transport services, vehicle deployment, route planning, and utilization.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, upkeep, and maintenance of administrative and common-use facilities.
* Handle administrative arrangements for *meetings, events, official visits, employee engagement activities, and plant-level programs*.
* Manage administrative documentation, MIS, service records, bills, contracts, and vendor-related documentation.
* Monitor vendor performance, service-level compliance, and timely resolution of administrative issues.
* Support preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets and control administrative expenditure.
* Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
