Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Your role includes overseeing infrastructure improvements across various environments such as workplace, network, and data centers, while ensuring smooth management and operation of these systems through managed or capacity services. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing infrastructure to support overall organizational performance and agility.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate infrastructure performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Assist in the development and documentation of infrastructure standards and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on infrastructure-related tasks.
