Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources

function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment,

statutory compliance, employee engagement, and payroll management. The role requires

aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with labour laws and

maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate with department heads for

hiring decisions.

• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and job portals.

2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

• Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.

3. HR Operations





• Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR

documents.

• Maintain employee data in HRMS and ensure documentation is up to date.

4. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory

compliances.

• Liaise with consultants and government authorities whenever required.

5. Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.

• Guide managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

• Promote a positive and collaborative work setting.

6. Performance Management

• Manage the performance appraisal process.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and support managers in employee development.
