Global Mobility Coordinator

This role is responsible for assisting with the organization’s global mobility tax functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's global mobility tax processes, reporting, compliance and initiatives.

The Global Mobility Coordinator provides operational support for Thoughtworks’s complex global mobility programs, enabling the compliant movement of employees across borders in alignment with business, legal,



tax, and contractual requirements. This role requires solid critical thinking, judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguous, high stakes situations involving international assignment policies, cross-functional inputs, and regulatory obligations.

You will work closely with the Global Mobility Operations team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international assignment processing, while supporting a large and diverse assignee population across multiple global regions.
