Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading sales and marketing strategy, execution, and performance for Glory Wall Texture. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing plans,



setting revenue targets, and monitoring key performance indicators across regions and segments. The General Manager will oversee customer acquisition and retention, build and maintain strategic relationships with architects, builders, and design firms, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Daily tasks include managing and mentoring sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, coordinating digital and offline campaigns, preparing reports for leadership, and aligning initiatives with the company’s brand and growth objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, technical, and application teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent client experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in General Management and Team Management, including leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multi-region operations.
