Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for lifecycle services within assigned install base customers
- Drive sales for Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLC, SCADA, RTU, and Asset Management solutions
- Own regional sales targets and manage funnel, forecasting, and booking using CRM tools
- Identify and convert opportunities related to upgrades, migrations, expansions, and service programs
- Generate leads and convert them into orders for advanced solutions such as cybersecurity, simulators, and industrial software
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Deliver technical presentations and demos at customer locations
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lifecycle services, industrial software, and leadership
- Ensure ethical business practices aligned with organizational standards
- Manage multiple priorities independently while contributing effectively as a team member




- Travel extensively (50%+) to engage with customer sites and develop opportunities

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales, solution selling, or lifecycle services within process industries
- Strong knowledge of automation systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and asset management platforms
- Experience working with install base customers
