Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Manager - Enterprise Partnerships/ Business Development to lead new business acquisition and contribute directly to dau’s revenue growth.
This is a hands-on sales role requiring ownership of the complete sales cycle from building the pipeline and conducting discovery meetings to developing solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing high-value accounts. The Sales Manager will also guide the sales team, monitor performance, improve sales processes, and ensure predictable revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual current-business revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy across outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, inbound enquiries, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
- Personally lead discovery meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures for strategic and high-value accounts.
- Understand client challenges and work with internal teams to develop relevant digital solutions.
- Create customised proposals, commercial estimates, pitch decks, and scope-of-work documents.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Lead, mentor, and review the performance of sales executives, including their outreach, pipeline, meetings, and closures.
