Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Bengaluru South, with a combination of on-site work at the centre and some work-from-home flexibility. The therapist will conduct assessments of speech, language, and communication skills, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide one-to-one and small group interventions. Day-to-day tasks include documenting progress,



preparing therapy materials, collaborating with psychologists, educators, and other allied health professionals, and offering guidance to families and caregivers on home-based strategies. The role also involves participating in case discussions, maintaining accurate clinical records, and contributing to awareness or training programs related to communication and language development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention across age groups.
- robust foundation in assessing and diagnosing root causes for language, speech, and communication disorders using neurophysiology and neuroscience equipments (both peripheral and central auditory & speech pathways)
- Ability to address Speech and Communication Disorders through individualized and evidence-based approaches.
- Knowledge and experience in managing Language Disorders in children and adults.
