Role Description The Technical Application Developer is a full-time role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support Baelit Digital’s products and client solutions. This hybrid position is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Daily activities include writing clean,



efficient code; implementing integrations between internal and external systems; working with databases for data storage and retrieval; and collaborating with designers to ensure front-end components align with technical requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable digital solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in building and maintaining up-to-date applications.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
Candidates should possess front-end styling capabilities using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and an understanding of responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Candidates should possess Integration skills, including working with APIs, third-party services, and connecting multiple systems securely and reliably.
