JD for Reddit Associate: About Infrasity Infrasity is a developer marketing agency helping DevTool and AI infrastructure startups grow through technical content, SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, Reddit marketing, and influencer/creator marketing. We work with companies like Qodo, Lightrun, DevZero, OX Security, Firefly, and others in the developer tools and AI infra space. About the Role We're looking for a Reddit Associate to own and scale our Reddit engagement operations across multiple client accounts. You'll be responsible for building genuine presence in developer and tech communities, driving brand visibility for our clients without triggering spam filters or damaging community trust. This is a hands-on execution role that blends community management, copywriting, and light technical operations. It's a excellent fit for someone early in their career who wants real ownership from day one. What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of Reddit accounts across multiple client campaigns, writing natural, non-promotional comments that add real value to threads
Research relevant subreddits for each client and identify high-intent threads where mentioning the product is contextually appropriate
