Role Description The Sales Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR Ghaziabad & Pan India Online E-commerce Direct Marketing. In this position, the Sales Advocate engages directly with customers, understands their health and wellness needs, and recommends suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries,



and guiding customers through purchase decisions. The role also involves maintaining product displays, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Sales Advocate may assist in basic training of new team members on customer interaction and sales processes, while consistently meeting sales targets and upholding a high standard of customer service.
