Manage RPO coordination activities , including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery. Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions . Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
