The role

Two hundred stations means two hundred owners, and they are selected rather than sold to. You run the district drives, the application and scoring process, and the onboarding that follows. You also hold the honesty line: no discounting, no manufactured urgency, and no promise that is not already on signed paper.

Key responsibilities

Run invite-only district drives across Tamil Nadu
Own the application, scoring, interview and selection process end to end
Hold escrow discipline on every deposit taken, and the conversion calendar behind it
Lead a team of district-based sales executives
Build the onboarding pack that takes a signed owner to an open station
Work with Finance and Compliance so every agreement and deposit stands up to scrutiny
Review conversion honestly each quarter, including what did not work





Eligibility

Eight or more years in franchise development, channel sales or dealer network building
You have built a dealer or franchise network in India, ideally in Tamil Nadu
Fluent Tamil, and credibility with business owners across a table
Discipline to say no to a bad applicant under pressure to sign
