The role

Every pilot in the network passes through the academy, and the paperwork behind them has to be right. You manage enrolment and batches, keep candidate records accurate, get certificates issued on time, and run the placement board that matches a newly qualified pilot to the station expecting them.

Key responsibilities

Manage intake, batch scheduling and candidate records
Track attendance and progress, and raise a candidate at risk of dropping out early
Coordinate with training partners and examination bodies for certification
Run the placement board: qualified pilots, station requirements, and confirmed joins
Verify that a placed pilot actually started, and follow up at one and three months
Keep candidate documentation complete and audit-ready
Produce the monthly cohort, completion and placement report

Eligibility





Two to four years in education, training or operations administration
Robust spreadsheet and record-keeping discipline across hundreds of candidates
Fluent Tamil; warm and clear with candidates and their families
Organised enough that nothing falls between a training partner and a station
