Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of KORNIC ELECTRO WORLD PVT LTD. The CFO will manage budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning to support the company’s growth in the solar energy sector. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting,



and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, assessing investment opportunities, optimizing capital structure, and implementing financial controls and risk management practices. The CFO will lead the finance team, develop efficient processes, and provide clear financial insights to support operational and strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in corporate or project finance within energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
