Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders. The role will also involve developing, implementing,



and updating HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and compliance requirements. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, and facilitate training and development initiatives. This position collaborates closely with leadership and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture in a growing edtech workplace.
