We're hiring a Funding Manager - Real Estate | Chennai

At our company, capital is the engine that moves projects from vision to reality. We're looking for a finance professional who knows how to unlock it.

What you'll own:

→ Source and close project finance from banks, NBFCs & HFCs (₹50 Cr+ deals)

→ Structure phased funding aligned to land, approval & construction milestones

→ Prepare Bank Funding Notes, PIMs & CMA data packages independently

→ Negotiate rates, moratoriums, draw-down schedules & security structures

→ Build lasting lender relationships across Chennai & national institutions

Who we're looking for:

✔ 5–10 years in real estate project finance or NBFC/HFC credit

✔ CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred

✔ Existing lender relationships in Chennai (SBI, HDFC, Axis,



Sundaram etc.)

✔ Solid command of financial modelling, DSCR & IRR analysis

✔ South Chennai project exposure is a plus

This is a high ownership role reporting directly to leadership with real influence over how projects are financed and delivered.
