Alexa+ is the world's best Generative AI powered personal assistant / agent for consumers. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead key monetization initiatives for Amazon Alexa+. This is primarily a technical product management role, with a secondary go-to-market and product marketing responsibility (approximately 80% product management, 20% product marketing).

This product leader owns what we build and why. They have a successful track record of leading product initiatives from concept to launch, working backwards from customers, and making product decisions grounded in direct customer understanding and data. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent product management skills, a strategic thinker who engages deeply with engineering on architecture and technical tradeoffs, and a robust communicator with excellent cross-org collaboration skills. Experience in the following domains is preferred: e-commerce, online advertising, search, AI powered personal assistants, personalization, and generative AI powered products.





As a Senior Product Manager – Technical for Alexa+ Monetization, you will drive product strategy, product definition, design, launch, and product decision-making for mission-critical monetization initiatives. You will own the product roadmap and the input and output metrics that define success. You will spend the majority of your time on core product management, and you will additionally own the go-to-market and product marketing motion — positioning, messaging, and sales enablement — required to bring your products to internal ad sales teams and external advertiser/agency customers. You will maintain ownership across the full product life-cycle. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of customers worldwide and drive significant growth for Alexa+.
