Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes in Structural Engineering and related Civil Engineering subjects.
/n
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
/n
- Mentor students in academics, projects, internships, and career development.
/n
- Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
/n
- Guide student projects and encourage innovation and problem-solving.
/n
- Participate in curriculum development and implement Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices.
/n
- Supervise Structural Engineering laboratories and ensure effective utilization of laboratory resources.
/n
- Support departmental activities, accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC), examinations, admissions, and academic administration.
/n




- Build industry collaborations through internships, consultancy, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
/n
- Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
/n

Qualification

/n

/n
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering or equivalent specialization.
/n
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) is a must.
/n

/n

Experience

/n

/n
- Teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in Structural Engineering is preferred.
/n
- Experience with accreditation processes, research projects, or consultancy assignments will be an added advantage.
/n
