About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our healthcare account.

Responsibilities

/n

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
/n
- Respond to inquiries regarding health insurance benefits, coverage, eligibility, claims, and billing.
/n
- Assist members, patients, providers, and healthcare facilities with account-related concerns.
/n
- Verify member information and accurately document customer interactions in the system.
/n
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations.
/n
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
/n
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information in compliance with healthcare privacy requirements.
/n
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
/n




- Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and account-specific guidelines.
/n
- Provide accurate information and educate customers on available healthcare services and programs.
/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
- College Graduate / Undergraduate (BPO experience is required)
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
/n
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
/n
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
/n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
/n
