Role Overview

- We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our team in Rohini for our US/night shift operations. In this role, you will be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for key client accounts, with a specific focus on managing Tamil-speaking stakeholders and regional client teams.

- You will be responsible for driving account health, client retention, business expansion, and overseeing the efficient deployment of resources assigned to your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

/n

1. Account Management & Strategic Growth (70%)

/n

/n
- Client Relationship Ownership: Build, nurture, and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
/n
- Regional & Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary bilingual bridge for Tamil-speaking clients to ensure clear communication, cultural fit,



and seamless delivery.
/n
- Revenue Expansion: Identify account growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), lead contract renewals, and increase overall account value.
/n
- Client Satisfaction & Escalation: Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, ensuring fast resolution and maintaining high NPS/satisfaction scores.
/n
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and status meetings to report performance, SLAs, and value delivered.
/n

2. Resource & Delivery Oversight (30%)

- Capacity & Allocation: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the right resources are mapped to client requirements.
/n
- Utilization & Margins: Monitor resource utilization, project staffing costs, and account profitability.
/n
- Requirement Planning: Gather upcoming talent/project needs directly from clients and align staffing pipelines accordingly.
