The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially astute, and client-centric Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, brand pitching, and end-to-end account management.

/n

In this role, you will be the key bridge connecting prospective clients with our internal creative design and project engineering teams. You will drive revenue growth, manage executive-level client interactions, and ensure seamless delivery from the initial brief to final handover on the exhibition floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Pitching: Identify new business opportunities, pitch custom exhibition design concepts to corporate decision-makers, and lead commercial proposals.
/n
- Client Brief Translation: Deconstruct client brand objectives and trade show goals into clear, actionable briefs for our 3D designers and production teams.
/n
- Account Servicing & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary consultant for key accounts, ensuring prompt communication, explicit scope definition, and high client retention.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design, estimations, and production departments to ensure proposals match client budgets and timelines.
/n
- On-Site Representation: Travel to major domestic and international trade shows for client meetings, pitch presentations, and on-ground project supervision during setup days.
