We're looking for 3–5 years of experience in US Real Estate Valuation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Perform US real estate valuations using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches.
/n
- Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, leases, and market data.
/n
- Build valuation models and prepare high-quality reports.
/n
- Conduct market research using CoStar, RCA Analytics, and similar databases.
/n
- Collaborate with clients, onshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
/n
- Review analyses, manage multiple engagements, and mentor junior team members.
/n

Qualifications

/n
- Post Graduation degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
/n
- 3–5 years of US real estate valuation experience.
/n
- Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise , CoStar/RCA Analytics , and MS Excel .
/n
- Robust analytical, communication, and project management skills.
/n
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
