Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage and lead Commercial Claims with a focus on Property and Fire claims. The role involves handling complex and high-value claims, coordinating with insurers, surveyors, clients, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
/n
•Handle large and complex loss assessments and claim settlements.
/n
•Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters and corporate clients.
/n
•Review policy coverage, claim documentation and survey reports.
/n
•Drive timely claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
/n
•Support claim negotiations and settlement strategies.
/n
•Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes.
/n
•Prepare claims MIS, report and management updates.
/n
Skills & experience:
/n
•Strong expertise in Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
/n
•Min 10 – 15 yrs of experience in handling commercial claims.
/n
•Experience in handling corporate and large-value claims.
/n
•Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
