About the Role: School Manager
/n
Rajkumari Ratnavati Girls' School seeks a dynamic and committed School Manager to lead the on-ground execution of its education and fellowship programs.
/n
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of the school across academics, fellowship management, operations, and donor engagement. The School Manager will play a critical role in translating program design into effective on-ground execution, while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The role involves close collaboration with the Academic Lead for pedagogical direction, while independently driving operational and programmatic outcomes at the school level.
/n
In addition, the School Manager will contribute to the ongoing development of the fellowship program and its fellows, ensuring that learning systems evolve in line with on-the-ground realities.
The role also requires reviewing data, reports, and forms, conducting initial analysis at the school level, and using insights to inform program improvements.

A Week in the Life of a School Manager
/n
This is a hands-on, quick-paced role that balances classroom engagement, team leadership, and operational oversight. A typical week may include:

- Observing classrooms and providing structured feedback to fellows and teachers
/n
- Reviewing lesson plans, reports, and on-ground data to ensure alignment with program goals
/n
- Meeting team members to solve on-ground challenges and hosting regular debriefs
/n
- Coordinating with the Academic Lead on program improvements and fellow development
/n
- Reviewing attendance, school operations, and key systems
/n
- Preparing for or hosting donor visits and special engagements
/n
- Capturing stories and updates for donor communication and report
