About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at Collegesathi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, and a basic understanding of PF (Provident Fund) and related compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, payments, and receipts.
/n
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
/n
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting reports.
/n




- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.
/n
- Track employee-related financial records and assist with payroll-related accounting.
/n
- Have a basic understanding of PF calculations, deductions, and compliance requirements.
/n
- Assist with PF-related documentation, records, and coordination when required.
/n
- Maintain proper records of employee deductions and statutory payments.
/n
- Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
/n
- Coordinate with management, employees, vendors, and external parties regarding accounting matters.
/n
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
/n
- Support audits and provide necessary financial documents whenever required.
/n
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance-related tasks.
