We are looking for an Admission Counsellor who can go beyond selling a course — someone who can understand a student's aspirations, guide them toward the right program and confidently convert genuine interest into admission.

The Role

/n

As an Admission Counsellor, you will manage prospective students from the first conversation to admission.

/n

You will speak with students and parents, understand their career goals, handle objections, conduct counselling sessions, create urgency and ensure that the right student chooses the right program.

/n





This is a target-driven role, but we are specifically looking for a consultative counsellor + strong closer, not a traditional salesperson.

Key Responsibilities

/n

• Counsel students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.

/n

• Understand the student's academic background, interests, career goals and concerns.

/n

• Recommend the most relevant Aerostar Edge program.

/n

• Explain course structure, industry exposure, career pathways, fees and admission process.

/n

• Handle objections related to fees, career prospects, parents, competition and course value.

/n

• Follow up systematically with interested students.

/n

• Convert qualified leads into centre visits and admissions.

/n

• Maintain accurate lead and counselling information in the CRM.

/n

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

/n

• Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing and academic teams.
