Role Overview: The Manager – Education (Special Education) will support the Head – Education and Senior Manager – Education in managing school co-curricular activities, NIOS-related operations, and the Community Integration Program. The role will involve coordination with teachers, parents/caretakers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of education and co-curricular initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. NIOS Section Management Coordinate with parents and relevant stakeholders to address NIOS-related queries and provide timely information. Ensure smooth coordination and execution during NIOS examinations. Ensure timely updating and maintenance of information, documents, and records on the NIOS portal. 2.



Co-Curricular Activities & Community Integration Program Plan and coordinate with the Events Committee for co-curricular activities as per the annual calendar. Support the planning and execution of Sports Day and Annual Day in coordination with the Senior Manager. Ensure the smooth functioning of CAS activities within the school. Coordinate with the Senior Manager on class allocation and maintain daily student attendance. Coordinate with Managers across sections for planning and execution of the Community Integration Program (CIP) . Coordinate with the Senior Manager for external events, competitions, and related activities. 3. Team Management Engage with teachers in planning and coordinating school co-curricular activities.
