Role Description

/n

Beverage Trade Network is looking for a confident, organized, and sales-focused Account Manager to manage the complete customer journey for CPGBuyerAI—from product demonstrations and sales conversion to onboarding,



buyer-lead delivery, account support, and renewals.

/n

The Account Manager will communicate with prospects and customers in the USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and Zoom meetings.

/n

The person will be responsible for understanding each customer's business goals, demonstrating CPGBuyerAI, converting qualified prospects into paying customers, setting up new accounts, configuring buyer-search goals, coordinating verified buyer-lead delivery, and providing ongoing customer support.

/n

This is a hands-on role that requires strong English communication, confidence in speaking with international decision-makers, sales discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate closely with BTN's data and technology teams.
