POSITION SUMMARY

/n

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – DME Billing to lead and manage end-to-end DME Revenue Cycle Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, team development, and process excellence across DME Billing functions.

/n

The role requires solid expertise in DME Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines, Commercial Payers, Client Management, and Team Leadership.

/n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

Operations Management

/n

/n
- Manage end-to-end DME Billing operations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and financial targets.
/n
- Lead multiple teams handling billing, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting, and appeals.
/n
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
/n




- Ensure timely claim submission and maximize collections through effective AR management.
/n
- Analyze operational performance and implement corrective action plans.
/n

Team Leadership & People Management

/n

/n
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and billing specialists.
/n
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and team productivity.
/n
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning.
/n
- Foster a high-performance and employee-centric work culture.
/n
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
/n

Client & Stakeholder Management

/n

/n
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and support client interactions.
/n
- Present operational reviews, performance reports, and improvement plans.
/n
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
/n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Training, HR, and Reporting.
