MAKERS Laminate is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities/n

/n
- Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily sales activities.
/n
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
/n
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely updates.
/n
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales representatives.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
/n
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
/n
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments.
/n
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
/n




- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
/n
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
/n

Who Should Apply?/n

/n
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
/n
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
/n
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
/n
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
/n
- Experience in laminates, building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage.
/n
