This is a lead growth role for UrbanWrk in Bangalore. We are looking for someone who builds relationships, understands how a business thinks about space, and can structure a deal that creates genuine value for the client and the company. The Sales Lead will be the primary revenue driver for UrbanWrk's Bangalore portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Current Business Development

/n

/n

/n
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement: qualification, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
/n
- Target enterprise clients, SMEs, and startups requiring managed office solutions
/n
- Develop a structured outreach plan across Bangalore's key micro-markets and execute it with consistency.
/n
- Represent UrbanWrk at industry events, real estate forums, and networking platforms to build brand presence and generate inbound interest.

2. IPC & Broker Channel Management

/n

/n

/n
- Activate and maintain a live, productive network of IPCs and local brokers across Bangalore.
/n




- Ensure channel partners have current inventory knowledge, pitch materials, and pricing structures
/n
- Track channel partner activity and contribution; identify and onboard new channel partners where gaps exist in market coverage.
/n

3. Deal Structuring & Commercial Discipline

/n
- Understand and apply the full commercial framework for UrbanWrk deals, total contract value, fit-out economics, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, and EBITDA impact.
/n
- Never lead with seat price. Structure every proposal around the client's operational requirement, growth trajectory, and the total cost of occupancy
/n
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to model deal economics and ensure every signed deal is commercially sound for the business.

4. Brand & Relationship Building

- Be the face of UrbanWrk in Bangalore

- Invest in long-term relationships over short-term tran
